Returns Policy

At Sturdy Sports, we always want you to have the best possible experience when you shop online at www.SturdySports.com.au

We offer 30 days, NO QUESTION ASKED 100% assurance exchange/return. In case an exchange/returns require then the things should be returned to us in their special/original condition and packaging, with 30 days of your purchase. We are unable to accept an item that has been opened unless the product is damaged or defective.

"STRICTLY NO RETURNS" In all returns. The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and proof of purchase. If items returned as unsuitable, for size or weight or design and if any product shows sign, not in a resalable condition then they will be accepted for returns For example: Cricket bat shouldn’t be used against balls, shouldn't apply any Oil, knocking, face sheet, toe guard and not limit to these. Stuff to be delivered with any free stuff you have received from us, for example, cricket bat cover, care kit &etc.

To process your return:

  • Item(s) must be returned to us, within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
  • Please ensure that the returned package is properly sealed and that the original packing list and completed returns form are included.
  • Items are to be returned at your own cost unless they are defective or incorrect items, we will cause the cost of return shipping.
  • Redelivery charges are to be paid by the customer for a change of mind due to any reason unless they are defective or incorrect items, we will cause the cost of return shipping.
  • The arrival and exchange may take up to 7 business days; nonetheless, we will do as such at the earliest opportunity.
  • Refunds amount are made as store credit within 30 days of the purchase of the items.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Procedure

  1. Please contact Customer Care to explain the reason for the return and confirm the item number and quantity of the returned product.
  2. Fill up the return form attached and send it with the returned product with a copy of purchase.
  3. Carefully pack your return, in the original package to prevent damage during transit and ensure the timely processing of your refund.
  4. For security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you use registered post with the signature of delivery, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
  5. Refund or exchange will only commence once we have physically received the item.
  6. You will get an email when the exchange product is dispatched.
